If you are a researcher, medical examiner or veterinarian, please use the following instructions to submit your samples:

• Please fill out and enclose the Service Request Form with each shipment.

• Make sure the vials / containers containing the samples are placed inside two zip lock bags in case of seepage. Packaging should also contain sufficient quantity of absorbent material (paper towels).

• Please use FedEx Express (Next Day or 2Day) or USPS Priority Mail only. DO NOT ship using FedEx Ground, UPS or regular mail (such shipments may incur a $150.00 service charge due to after-hours delivery).

• Please send us an email to notify us of pending shipment and include the tracking number.
